Lesson 21

Jesus suffered terrible pain for the sins of the world. He was beaten, mocked, and forced to wear a crown of thorns. When He was completely worn out, He had to carry His own cross to the place where He was nailed to it. But greater than the physical pain was the spiritual pain He went through as He took the blame for our sins. By taking our sins onto Himself, He was separated from God the Father for the first time. It was more painful than anything He’d ever experienced. But He did it so we could become part of God’s family. It was a strange but wonderful moment in history. Here the one true Lord of the universe was willing to suffer on a cross made by people He had created. That is EASTER THE AMAZING LOVE from our AMAZING GOD! OUR JESUS IS ALIVE!

Lesson 20

The Tabernacle

May 8, 2026

Just before Moses was born, Pharaoh had ordered all Hebrew baby boys to be killed. So Moses, born into a poor family of slaves, had a death sentence over his head. His parents, however, put him in a basket-boat along the Nile River. And according to God’s plan, Moses was discovered and adopted by an Egyptian princess, the daughter of Pharaoh himself. This adoption took Moses from death to life, from slavery to freedom, and from poverty to riches. It’s a wonderful picture of how Jesus died on the cross so that God could adopt us. And here’s the most amazing thing: God’s plan to adopt us into his family was in place even before he made the world. If you believe in Jesus, you’re plugged in to God’s plan. And He won’t ever unplug you. I’m Plugged In To God’s Plan. - Find this in your HoneyWord Bible on page 1257 - Read, Pray, Share!

Lesson 19

The Ten Commandments

May 8, 2026

After you do something that isn’t right, do you wonder if you’re still a member of God’s family? Everyone who believes in Jesus needs to know that Satan can’t pull you away from your forever family. No one, no how, no way can separate you from the love of God. Not even your own sin. Before you placed your faith in Christ, you were like a kite on the ground with no strength to fly. Then it was as if Jesus picked you up, tied a long unbreakable string around your heart, and set you aloft. He’ll never let you go. He permanently holds you tight. So enjoy the flight. You’re on your way up, up, up to heaven, and that’s worth hollering about with everything you’ve got. God’s Love Holds Me Tight Like a Kite! Lesson 18

Manna from Heaven

May 8, 2026

Can you imagine waking up to a backyard full of FREE frosted flakes every morning? That’s exactly what happened to God’s people in the book of Exodus. Each day, six days a week, for 40 years, all they had to do was roll out of their tents, pile high their cereal bowls, and eat as much manna as they wanted. This all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is a picture of how God promises to take care of us as we trust Him day by day. Whenever you start your day with cereal flakes of any kind, grin from ear to ear as you remember that God promises to provide everything you need. So don’t moan, groan and be grouchy. Remember, God is Good, God is Great, He Made 40 Years of Frosted Flakes - Find this in your HoneyWord Bible on page 79 - Read, Pray, Share!

Lesson 17

The Cloud, The Fire, & The Red Sea

May 8, 2026

Everyone’s life is a story with lots of day-to-day details. And every story has a plot-that’s the story line. Have you ever wondered how much God knows and remembers about your plot? Did He see those bumps you got as you learned how to walk? Did He see when you first rode a bike? Was He around when you first tied your shoes? What about the times you were alone? The answer is YES! YES! YES! God always follows your life plot, dot-to-dot, day by day, in every way. He sees and cares about everything you do. Even though you can’t see Him, God is always with you. In fact, your plot is His daily delight. God Plans My Plot Dot-To-Dot - Find this in your HoneyWord Bible on page 580 - Read, Pray, Share!

Lesson 16

The Ten Plagues

May 8, 2026

To live “in clover” means to live a “don’t worry, be happy” lifestyle. Not very many of us live that way. Most of us are worriers. But we don’t have to be. Do you know why? Because God has taken care of our number one need: forgiveness. The Passover is a picture of how Jesus would one day cover all our sins with his blood, saving us from the punishment we deserve for our sins. Jesus died on the cross like a Passover lamb so that God’s punishment could pass over us. By asking Jesus to be our Savior, we can live in clover now … and forever. Lesson 15

The Burning Bush

February 17, 2026

What does it take for God to get your attention? Do you check out God’s Word to see what He wants you to do? Do you listen to your parents and teachers? Or does it take something bigger for you to follow Him? God will do whatever it takes to get our attention. One day when Moses was minding his own business, God showed up in a burning bush that didn’t burn up. God told Moses to go back to Egypt and lead his people out of slavery into the Promised Land. God used that burning bush to push Moses into action. How is God trying to get your attention? Whatever He does, stop and listen. Then do what He says. You’ll be glad you did. God Can Use a Burning Bush Whenever I Need a Push

Lesson 14

Baby in a Basket

February 17, 2026

Did you ever get a sunburn because you forgot to put on sunscreen? Ouch! The neat thing about sunscreen is how it protects us from sunburn without slowing us down. We just put it on and forget about it while we play and have fun in the sun. No matter what time of year it is, rub a dab of sunscreen onto your arm. See how it disappears? Your unseen sunscreen protects you from getting burned by harmful, unseen, ultraviolet sun rays. God is a lot like sunscreen in the way He protects us. He’s always as close as our skin. And He protects us from all kinds of harm, even when we don’t know He’s doing it. But how does God protect each one of His children all over the world? Only God knows, but we do know this: He never needs to sleep, which means He’s always on the job doing whatever it takes to protect you and keep you safe. God is My Unseen Sunscreen

Lesson 13

Review

February 17, 2026

Don’t you think dillydally is a funny-sounding word? Dilly is just silly with a D. And dally is like the word delay, which means to put something off. So dilly dally means “to be silly and delay.” Thousands of people waste their lives in the “Valley of Decision.” We wonder why they would dillydally there when God has offered to take them to high ground. God is just waiting to forgive them and be the guide by their side every day. If you’re in the valley and not sure about following God, don’t dillydally another second. Turn to God now, take His hand while you can, and follow His lead to higher ground today! I Don’t Dilly Dally in The Valley of Decision
