    Over the last 6 weeks we learned about Apologetics. We learned how to answer questions about our faith.

“...if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it.” 1 Peter 3:15b

Hard Questions that Christians Get Asked

#1. Why is there evil and suffering in the world?

    God gave us free will. Unfortunately, Adam and Eve made the wrong choice. The Bible says: “When Adam sinned, sin entered the world. Adam’s sin brought death, so death spread to everyone, for everyone sinned.” Romans 5:12. The perfect world that God created was ruined.

#2. Does God Really Exist?

    Although we can’t physically see God, the evidence of His existence is all around us. The Cosmos – Complexity of Life – Conscience– Consistency in the Bible. Whether we look up to the sky or straight ahead in the mirror, we can see that all was created and designed by the intelligent designer, God.

#3. Is the Bible True?

   The Bible makes people uncomfortable because it shows them their sin and our need for a savior, so they try to convince themselves and others that the Bible is not true, but we know it is by FACES! FACES- Fulfilled Prophecies – Archaeology Discoveries – Consistency in the Bible – Extra Biblical Writings – Scientific Evidence

#4. Is Jesus God?

   There are a lot of people who are confused about who Jesus is. We can answer with the FACTS. FACTS– Fulfilled Prophecies - Accepted Worship – Called God – Tons of Miracles – Sinless Life – “Jesus Is God!”

#5. Did God Create Everything?

    The Bible tells us that God, created everything. There are No examples of life beginning from nothing. There are No transitional forms of life, like one kind of animal can’t turn into a completely different animal. There is No answer in evolution for complex design of our bodies. We know God is the creator and designer! When God spoke the world began!

#6. What about other Religions?

There are over 4,000 other religions in the world that all claim to be true. The way to Heaven is simple – Know the One True God & Jesus
